*Upon receipt of the parcel, check its integrity in the presence of a Nova Poshta representative, if there are signs of damage (damaged\/torn packaging, the box is wet, crumpled or wrapped in stretch film), be sure to take several photos of the packaging and the contents of the parcel. <\/em>After that, fill out the damage report together with a representative of Nova Poshta. In the report, it is important to describe the damage, indicate the condition of the outer packaging and the presence of bubble wrap. Take a photo of the report and contact us by phone +38 (098) 409-0909 to agree on compensation\/replacement of broken bottles from your order.<\/em><\/p>\n
