Delivery and payment

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta at your request: to a branch, by courier, or to a post office.

We ship orders: Monday – Friday.

Delivery time: depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are based on the carrier’s tariffs. The carrier’s tariffs can be found here

*Upon receipt of the parcel, check its integrity in the presence of a Nova Poshta representative, if there are signs of damage (damaged/torn packaging, the box is wet, crumpled or wrapped in stretch film), be sure to take several photos of the packaging and the contents of the parcel. After that, fill out the damage report together with a representative of Nova Poshta. In the report, it is important to describe the damage, indicate the condition of the outer packaging and the presence of bubble wrap. Take a photo of the report and contact us by phone +38 (098) 409-0909 to agree on compensation/replacement of broken bottles from your order.

Payment methods

 

– Online payment by Visa and MasterCard through the LiqPay system.

– Cash upon receipt (subject to pickup).

– Payment for legal entities through a current account.

The online store uses electronic document management, so a fiscal receipt will be sent electronically via SMS for all orders paid by cards or cash. If you need to receive a printed copy, please indicate this information in the comments section of your order.
