Sorting

Gaderia uses modern Maf Roda equipment to sort the harvested crop. We are in the process of introducing intelligent sorting technology on our lines. We are improving the line’s photo analyzer and a system that scans fruit for several parameters. The equipment will be able to recognize apple defects and analyze the unevenness of the fruit on and under its skin. This will allow us to guarantee even higher product quality to our customers.
